When you get a listing you definitely need a FOR SALE sign, Joe’s good buddy owns a sign making company, Swords Design which makes ALL RC’s signage. Joe stops by to pick up the goods and hand delivers them to Kevin to put in the lawn 🏠
While they are installing the sign Kevin is already starting to get inquiries for the home, they know this one is going to get some heavy action ✅ The guys work at RCHQ and team up to handle the multiple offers Kevin has received on his listing. They work late into the night, by the time the dust settles it is almost midnight ⏰ and they got a deal put together for the sellers 🚀
While Joe is showing a home to some good friends their son, Son Of Ray Music showed up to have a look at the property. This was perfect timing because Joe has wanted to speak to Rob about featuring some of his music in the ReALity TV episodes 🎧 Spoiler Alert, he said YES and you’re listening to his tracks right now in the background❗️
Sometimes as a ReALTor you get FIRED 🔥 this has happened to Joe before, this situation was much different. He is good friends with the sellers that told him to kick rocks 🤣 and the seller decided to rent the house out after firing Joe and has not received any rent, Joe steps in to help facilitate a plan✅
