Where to even begin!!!! We originally started off with a different real estate agent for a brief time when we absolutely fell in love with a house that Joe was selling. We asked if Joe could show us the property and the rest is history!!!!
Even though we didn’t get the house that we fell in love with at first- we knew we had found an amazing real estate agent who truly cared about us. Joe was always prompt about getting back to us, hell, most times he would be the one messaging us first. For such a busy guy, he really is on the ball and is literally ALWAYS there when you need him. One of his biggest strengths is flexibility, he is always willing to do whatever he can to make it work for you (even if it means shifting around his personal plans).
My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers and Joe made the process so easy. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that we understood clearly, often times calling us to explain it over the phone immediately to make us feel at ease. One of the first things Joe did was create a group chat for us so that the three of us were on the same page at all times.
