As a result, the temptation to let things slide when business slows down is always there. This past few months is no exception for Khol Curtis. In this past week’s RightChoice Team Meeting we went over the wins and losses for each member. Khol had some missed spots and knows he can do better❗️
Did he like the fact that the meeting was open and transparent instead of one on one with Broker of Record Joe Gonzalez? Khol enjoyed the entire team being involved, for instance everyone knowing we all have struggles is good.
Pushing Past Mistakes Is Key
Everyone makes mistakes, even licensed Realtors like Khol and Kevin. This will help the recruits, Bryan and Jillian continue to grow and motivate the Team to strive for greatness! Learning that not letting mistakes define your future is something we always need to remind ourselves of.
During the review period of our systems, Khol points out that he has areas which he needs to improve. How will he improve his numbers and get back into his 5th gear of operation? Focus, for example over this past week Khol had completed a bunch of tasks but forgot to check them off.
Above all staying focused and on top of your game is paramount. Khol points out that he needs to go back to setting reminders on his phone to check for updates and business notifications. The support to improve and grow is provided to Khol. The entire Right Choice Team is behind him, not letting mistakes define your future is key!
This coming week Khol is going to schedule time to ensure he is improving his attention to detail. In conclusion being able to slow down and focus is extremely important when you are trying to get back into the routine.
