This 2 unit property was sold successfully and the new buyer is assuming BOTH tenants. It’s nice when you have good tenants to work through, and you can keep them in their units.
The Seller was great to work with here and both tenants were deserving of their units staying in their possession. Not all properties with tenants are smooth, but this one was.
