Another closing day has come and gone.
This property was not one that we were expecting to be able to get while on this buying journey, but it was one they wanted.
One of these buyers had an investment property already and their plan was to use the equity in the property to help aid with their income to purchase their first home together. Down the line, they would want to get something a bit bigger, with some more acres.
Plans changed when we found this house which was just out of financial reach with the current plan – but it was the type of property they were hopeful for their next home.
They made the HUGE decision to sell their current investment property (Sold by Right Choice of course), take what they made, and use it to purchase this house.
