This week’s meeting was a great learning experience for the entire Right Choice Team. Even Joe is learning during this growth stage of starting a new Real Estate Brokerage!
Jocelyne LaBreche this week had some issues with some of Joe’s handling of paperwork. Joe says he knows he is not great at this aspect of Broker of Record and loves that she calls him out on his weak spots. Doing so in front of the RC Team lets everyone know that Joe is not immune to being on the shit list!
The Team reviews their data throughout the week, even Joe’s numbers are on the table. He knows he had a busy week and was managing many Broker of Record which got in the way with his duties. He knows he can do better and will use this lackluster week as motivation to do better!
This week Joe and the entire team were given a Fire Drill to complete a task. Joe like the rest of the team had no warning this was coming and had to react just like the rest of the team. This drill was great practice for everyone, this is the type of situation you find yourself in as a ReALtor.
Managing your database is so KEY in business, the team was given a task to start creating theirs. Joe reflects on how much time he spent cleaning up his database. It took him months to go through it, you know he is not going to have this problem ever again!
Staying on track with Health Happenings is never easy. Mix in a weekend away with friends at the cottage and it is even harder! Will Joe be able to stay focused and not over eat this weekend? Only time will tell.
