I set some high goals for myself this year, do you think I will accomplish all of these??
In order to hold yourself accountable to the highest level, a lot of the time you need to share your goals with others. You never want to fail, but especially not when others know what you’re striving for.
It’s not the easiest to put your goals out there for many people around you to know, because you may fear that failure. If you do put them out there, you have a much better chance at pushing yourself beyond those goals, instead of fearing the failure.
