This was a BIG week for Recruits Jillian Boutin and Bryan J Driscoll, they were given some pretty drastic ultimatums! They’re making commitments and sticking with them!
At the previous Team Meeting, Jillian disrupted the flow and it was clear had started her Canada Day celebrations before the rest of the crew. During the week Joe Gonzalez sat down with her one on one and discussed the issue and presented her with an ultimatum.
She had to decide, partying or Right Choice. It was becoming apparent that her priorities were not aligned with the path she has said she wants to take. We all want to see Jillian succeed and are willing to support her on this journey not matter what!
The next ultimatum was to Bryan, he has been hinting that he needs to loose weight for medical reasons. Over the past few weeks he has been exercising more frequently but the results are not showing up on the scale. Joe decided to step in and give him a hand tackling this issue.
Joe has lots of first hand experience on what has worked for him on his own Health Happenings. Bryan came over to RCHQ and was given an ultimatum. Fully commit to the weight loss or move on. Joe and Bryan went over exactly what Joe is eating to drop the pounds. The entire RC Team is here for Bryan and can’t wait to watch him achieve his goals!
It’s not all work and no play around here, Joe, Kevin Murphy and Matthew Smith headed down to the Niagara Golf & Batting Cages to let off some steam. Can Kevin teach Joe how to hit his first FAST ball?
After that they drove back up to the world famous Wainfleet Township Recreation Facility to enjoy some tennis, will Matthew continue his dominance over Joe?
Of course much Real Estate happened, the guys had an interesting listing appointment in Fort Erie, Ontario. A few years back Joe listed this home and is back to complete an updated CMA. Watch to learn more about this investment opportunity. GG!
The RC HQ Bullpen work continues, Joe’s buddy Jay from Paramount-Painting came over to lend a hand priming the space and applying the first coat of paint. We are getting excited to watch this space come to life and can’t wait to move in to a much needed larger work area!
