What could cause this meeting to be so bad? The meeting dragged on, we had people talking over other people. Much of the conversation had at the meeting was not conversation to have at the meeting. Personal and social chats are to be had in our social hour before the meeting. Not during the business meetings.
Watching Joe take the time helping Bryan with his Health Journey it showed Kevin how this is much different than what he is used too. Being able to step outside the box and help each Team Member with personal life issues is key. It is not just about selling houses it’s about growing into the best person you can be!
What does Under Promise Over Deliver mean to Kevin? He has dealt with this first hand. Many buyers and sellers have horror stories about having to deal with this problem! This concept is very common mistake in Real Estate and one that Kevin never makes!
How does your inner circle of friends influence you in business? Kevin likes being surrounded by like minded individuals! They keep him on his toes and staying focused on doing better! They push him to be better and support him on his way there!
Recently Kevin has taken up playing tennis, he has played with Joe and Mattchew. He also has started to play with his girlfriend who is able to get him running around chasing down kill shots!
