How Realtors SHOULD Navigate Multiple Offer Listings

The main purpose of Right Choice Happenings Real Estate Brokerage is to close deals for our Buyers and Sellers. Sometimes this happens and sometimes it does not. In this week’s episode we get to see both sides of the equation!

Last week Joe Gonzalez and Kevin Murphy were trying to put a deal together on Joe’s Lakeshore Listing in Wainfleet Ontario. It looked like everything was going smoothly, however it took a turn for the worse! Kevin’s Buyers were not able to satisfy Joe’s Sellers and the deal was released.

This happens, as a Realtor (and Buyers and Sellers) you have to stay focused on doing everything you can to get to the finish line! Joe gets back on the grind and reconnects with past Realtors who had interest. What will happen next? Only time will tell.

Kevin’s listing in Niagara Falls hit the market with tons of attention. Kevin is able to ensure people pay attention when his listings hit the market because of his Comparative Market Analysis! Pricing your home correctly when you list is what drives traffic to your home. The more attention on your home right when it gets listed, the more offers you will receive!
