She thinks they are great, however she does feel like there might be times when a solo meeting is required. What is it like working with Joe Gonzalez after being his manager for so long?
One thing that has not changed is Jocelyne having to remind Joe how to complete certain tasks. Learning how to be the Broker of Record is a much bigger task than just being a ReALtor.
Joce is teaching Joe exactly why the admin staff does what it does. This was not something that Joe needed to know back when he was just a ReALtor.
Joce has called Joe out at a few Team Meetings, what does she think about having these conversations in front of the team? This is a great way for everyone to see that Joe is approachable and also makes mistakes!
The fact that Joce is helping Joe learn on a daily basis is great for the team. If Joe can be constantly learning, so can they! Joce says that working with Joe in this fashion is great since she has never felt ticked off when giving him constructive criticism.
Joce has been less than active on the social channels, she explains how she is still trying to find balance in her life. Can she find 10 or 15 minutes to engage content on the social platforms? We sure hope so, Joce has tons of wisdom to share!
